Students who enroll for the year (September through June) receive the full benefit of our carefully paced training program. Our teaching techniques emphasize overall physical fitness, while building a strong gymnastics foundation and incorporating a fun atmosphere.
Little Stars
This class is targeted for girls with focus and energy. Younger girls have the choice to do the 45 minute Co-ed kindergarten class or the little stars one hour class. The Little Star class focuses on the progression of gymnastics skills at an individual level. We work in stations to focus on the specific movements in order to learn new skills and sharpen existing one. We also have fun in groups with games and class routines. There is a large element of exercise and strength training that keeps our gymnasts fit!

Rising Stars
Our specially designed progressive gymnastics classes focus on skill development, flexibility and strength while having fun! In this fun-filled intermediate class your child will progress with her skills and coordination. Our trained staff will guide your child’s progress as they participate on all of the Olympic gymnastics events; vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and trampoline. In our caring and nurturing atmosphere, your child is sure to gain confidence that will stay with them for years to come!

Shooting Stars

In this fun-filled advanced class your child will progress with her skills and coordination .
